|Actor Mark Wahlberg has been showcasing his muscular physique as he diligently trains in the gym with friends. The actor is known for his intense gym routines while maintaining a healthy lifestyle “the good old-fashioned way” through training and healthy eating, as he told Page Six last year.
“No excuses, just results,” Mark Wahlberg wrote in a video where he flaunted his perfectly sculpted muscles. He then continued with various exercises, explaining that he had come straight to the gym from the airport after a 15-hour flight. The famous actor once revealed the regimen he follows, which allows him to look better at 52 than men half his age.
“I don’t train as hard as I used to; now I get better results practicing autophagy. Every day, I wake up around 3:30 AM, take some time for prayer, then take my vitamins, work out, and focus on work. I have two meals a day, one around noon and another before 6 PM. On days when I train, I try to eat more. But five days a week, I stick to an 18-hour fasting period. I always go to bed around 7:30 PM. I’m committed to getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep. My family doesn’t follow this rhythm, but they’re used to my routine,” the actor once revealed.
Wahlberg definitely attracts attention with his appearance, and his followers on social media love seeing his muscles. His wife, Rhea Durham, knows this well, as she often creates a stir among his fans whenever she posts pictures of him in a shirtless state.
