Eric revealed that Julia wanted to be a veterinarian while growing up, but as his wife Eliza Roberts pointed out, she had the looks for the big screen. He also noted that Julia possessed the drive and talent necessary for success. Eric believed that even without his assistance, someone would have eventually recognized Julia’s potential and helped her thrive in Hollywood.
