|Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek’s network of contributors
Steve Harvey doesn’t post about his family and kids on social media often, but when he does, he makes sure it counts.
The 67-year-old recently posted a picture of himself accompanied by his oldest son, Wynton. In the photo, posted on Friday, December 13, Steve and Wynton, 27, are at what appears to be a red carpet event, with both looking especially dapper.
Fans of the Family Feud host took to the comment section of the post on Instagram to express their reactions to the picture of the father and son.
“Is this Wynton!!! I cannot believe it bc he has done a physical 360! I loved him as a little boy, but we haven’t seen him in a while. He’s always been so intelligent & smart… so I know that whatever he is doing … he’s doing it very well. Hugs to you Wynton… we’ve missed you!” wrote one fan who remembers Steve’s son when he was much younger.
A second wrote, “Where is the little Wynton Harvey. He is all grown up. Handsome young man,” while a third fan pointed out how much the pair look alike and wrote, “OMG Steve your son is fine!!!!! You both look like twins.”
The last time the host of the beloved game show made headlines was for posting a video of him and his wife, Marjorie Harvey, looking stylish and healthy on Instagram in honor of her 60th birthday. The post came after a different video Steve shared had fans thinking that he looked old and frail.
The father-of-seven shares twins Karli and Brandi, 40, and Broderick, 31, with his first wife, Marcia, and welcomed his third child, Wynton, with his second wife, Mary Shackelford, in 1997. Steve and his current wife, Marjorie, tied the knot in 2007, the same year he adopted her kids, Morgan, 39, Jason, 31, and Lori, 27, who all came from a previous relationship.
