Ellen DeGeneres is celebrating nearly two decades of marriage with her wife Portia de Rossi.
The former US talk show host, who has a house in the Cotswolds, took to Instagram to celebrate 18 years.
The 68-year-old, who tied the knot with her 53-year-old wife in 2008, honoured their 18th anniversary on Sunday, August 16.

In the heartfelt tribute, she said: “Happy anniversary to my favorite person in the entire world.
“I can’t believe how lucky I am that I get to spend the rest of my life with you. What an adventure we are having!!”.
She shared a cute picture of the pair sitting on a wooden step outside under the sun, captured on safari.
The lovebirds wore sunglasses and matching beige coloured chinos as Mrs DeGeneres interlinked her arm with her wife.
Ellen was congratulated by friends on the post, including The Kardashians star, Kris Jenner. Other celebrities in the comments included Baywatch star Erika Eleniak and Andy Lassner.
The comedian and her wife have built a high-end property footprint in the English countryside over the past two years, focused on the Oxfordshire stretch of the Cotswolds.
Their first major purchase in the area was the Grade II listed Kitesbridge Farm, reportedly bought in 2024 for £15m.
The couple purchased their second Oxfordshire home, a striking modern mansion on a hilltop, which includes an infinity pool, home cinema, gym and steam room.
Reports place the price in the region between £35.5 and £37m, although neither the buyer nor the sellers have publicly confirmed the transaction.
