At 56, Halle Berry’s totally naked picture got all manner of reactions at the weekend.

When

Halle Berry posts something online, people pay attention. And when she shares a photo of herself totally naked on a terrace, the internet basically blows up.

Well, the 56-year-old actress just casually dropped a photo of herself on Instagram sipping a glass of wine in the buff—and people have thoughts. The photo is a total mood: There’s Halle basking in the sunlight while casually showing off her strong arms, tight abs and general amazing energy—all while buck naked.

“I do what i wanna do. 💋 happy Saturday,” she wrote in the caption.

And people (including her celebrity followers) completely freaked out. “Wow ! 👏🔥” said Jenna Dewan. “Hell yeah #cleveland ✊🏾” said Arsenio Hall.

If you follow Halle on Instagram, you know she puts in some serious work to get that fit. She trains with Peter Lee Thomas, and drops Fitness Friday content every week.

The latest has Halle doing an agility workout with cones in her backyard, followed by an impressive sprint. After that, she did a series of medicine ball slams, followed by ab wheel moves and side shuffles. The whole thing was high energy and intense.

The week before that, she did a cool workout that involved weighted squats, followed by bear crawling on the ground into planks while still clutching those weights:

One thing is clear: Halle isn’t screwing around here.

Of course, Halle isn’t afraid to work hard for what she wants. She previously told Women’s Health that she trained intensely for her role as an MMA fighter in Bruised. That meant learning five versions of mixed martial arts—Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo, Muay Thai, tae kwon do, and kickboxing—and lifting heavier weights than usual. “I’m at my best when I have to work hard and when I’m facing challenges,” she said. “To be the age I am and push my body to its limits reminded me that age is just a number. We can control how we define ourselves, and I’ve never been healthier and felt stronger. This movie helped me realize that.”

On the food front, Halle follows a keto diet, which she previously told WH helps her manage her type 1 diabetes. “For more than 15 years, eating this way has helped me manage my diabetes—but it’s also given me a ton of energy and helped me maintain my weight and stay in shape,” she said.

For Halle, that means having things like coffee with butter and MCT oil for breakfast, and possibly scrambled eggs, peppers, and onion with a side of avocado. Lunch may be a soup loaded with protein and vegetables. “Otherwise, I go for a big salad. I always start with lots of greens, then add veggies like tomatoes, olives, and green and red peppers,” Halle said. “From there, avocado and some sort of vinaigrette dressing made with olive oil and spices add healthy fats. I top it all off with some sort of protein, like shrimp, chicken, beef, lamb, or fish.”

Dinner is usually around 6 p.m. “I usually don’t need much at this point, so I often go for some grilled vegetables with a plant-based protein like chickpeas,” she said. After that, she may have a glass of wine. “I do really enjoy a glass of red wine after dinner,” Halle shared.

Go get ’em, Halle!
