However, to keep her mental health in check, Thomas doesn’t pay attention to comments on social media. She opened up about a time she posted her husband Phil Donahue’s picture with their granddaughter and people wrote, “Oh, he’s had surgery.”

All in all, Thomas does not comment on other people’s bodies. She divulged that she doesn’t have time to worry about what other people are doing. The actress explained, “I think we really should allow people to live how they want to live, love who they want to love, and then take care of your own life.”

Thomas, who has been vocal on body image, reportedly underwent plastic surgery to change the shape of her nose. As her AI-generated pictures show, her nose would have looked different in her older years if she never had plastic surgery done.

“But you got your mama’s nose, so go be a leading lady,” Danny advised Thomas. This advice seemed not to have stuck since Marlo Thomas, who has been a leading lady in several productions, still went ahead to have cosmetic procedures done on her nose.

Mindy Schneider, a television writer, revealed in her memoir, “Not a Happy Camper” that her mom, wanted her to have a nose job done by the same doctor who did Thomas’.

Schneider recalled that her mom said Thomas, “had a nose job” done by Dr Silver on Madison Avenue. The writer’s mom added, “He gives everyone that little upturned nose. Makes ’em all look like shiksas. You’ll go to someone else. Yours will look real. I’m getting some names.”

So, Thomas’ plastic surgery made her nose appear like it wasn’t real or natural. This appearance is reflected in how her nose looks in her older years versus how it would have looked had she not had a nose job done as per AI.

Still, the actress is adamant that people should be left to do to their bodies what they want without judgments, comments, and criticisms from others.
