Rick Harrison, creator of Pawn Stars, is mourning the sudden loss of his son, Adam Harrison, who tragically passed away on Friday, January 19.
Adam, aged 39, succumbed to an overdose, as confirmed by his representative, Laura Herlovich, to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The Harrison family is mourning the loss of Adam, and Herlovich conveyed a brief message on their behalf, stating: “Our family is deeply saddened by Adam’s passing. We request privacy as we navigate through our grief.”
Adam, Rick Harrison’s second child from his first marriage to Kim, was the younger brother of Corey Harrison. Rick later married Tracy, with whom he shares a son named Jake.
Although Adam did not appear on the popular reality series Pawn Stars, featuring Rick and Corey, reports suggest he worked at the family’s business, Gold & Silver Pawn, before the show’s premiere in 2009. However, he had not been actively involved in the pawn shop recently.
Following the news of Adam’s overdose, Rick took to Instagram to share a touching tribute to his son. Alongside a photo of himself smiling with Adam at a bar, Rick wrote: “You will always be in my heart! I love you Adam. 
”
Adam shared a strong bond with his older brother Corey, who also expressed his sorrow on Instagram. Corey’s post showcased a poignant image of him holding a photograph of the two brothers playing in a bathtub during their childhood. His caption expressed his sentiments: “Wax wtf I will always love you bubba.”
