The rapper and actor Ice Cube purchased a stunning new property in Marina del Rey, a small beachside community in Los Angeles County, earlier this month.

The home was constructed in 2011 and was initially listed for $10 million. However, according to the Los Angeles Times, Ice Cube purchased the canal-front mansion for $7.25 million.

Hollywood is a small community comprised of improbable connections. Ice Cube purchased the home from Jean-Claude Van Dаme, best known for his roles in “Blооd Sport” and “Street Fighter.”
