Kelly Osbourne and her partner made their red carpet debut at a recent entertainment industry event. The star’s boyfriend sparked reactions from the public because of what he wore.

This year’s Grammys showed a lot of unique looks from stars who attended. One such star was iconic TV personality Kelly Osbourne’s partner. Sid Wilson, from the famous metal band Slipknot, stole the show with his unusual and avant-garde ensemble, which included a black latex gas mask covering his entire face.

Along with his face accessory, Wilson, the father of Osbourne’s son, Sidney, wore a pin-striped black suit and a detailed patterned scarf. Osbourne opted for a black strapless dress with mesh detailing on the upper half and wore her purple locks in curls down her back.

People who saw the media of the couple had a lot to say. Many found it strange that Wilson was wearing a mask, despite others explaining that a mask is a prominent feature for Slipknot band members to wear. In this regard, one person stated, “I know who Slipknot is, but this is still weird for the event.”

Another questioned, “What in the classy but kinky is this mask?! 😮🤦🏿‍♂️🤷🏿.” Someone else wondered, “Why does she look so uncomfortable?” Another said, “She even looks scared.”

Wilson’s band had been nominated for a Grammy, and they won the award for Best Metal Performance with their song “Hive Mind.” The occasion also marks the first date night the parents have had since welcoming their beloved baby boy.

On the same day as the award show, doting dad Wilson shared an endearing family photo of himself, Kelly Osbourne, and their son.

Recollecting a charming family anecdote, Osbourne humorously shared how her father, Ozzy, couldn’t hold back his excitement about his new grandchild and prematurely announced the baby’s gender. She said:

“I mean, he’s told everyone… the gender of my baby before I ever got the chance to, and I’m just like, ‘Aww, Dad, come on. Like, come on.’ But every single day, he does this little song and this little dance about how excited he is.”​

Besides embracing motherhood, Osbourne has returned to reality TV, joining her family in the U.K. for the show “Home to Roost.” Reflecting on this new chapter in her professional life, she shared, “It’s just like second nature. I mean, I get paid to be myself, so it’s great.”​ This marks a significant transition from her earlier stint on reality TV, now featuring her in a new role as a mother.
